About Us

Our Core Values

Jesus’ Love

When Jesus came and lived among us, He was God Incarnate, showing us the very nature of God. His life was defined by mercy, compassion, and care for those around Him.

The resurrected Jesus continues to imbue us with his loving-kindness. Each Sunday, we come together to celebrate that love that is for each one of us.

Authentic Faith

When people look for a church, they want a place where they can bring their honest thoughts, questions, and feelings about faith. At Narrative, we’re not interested in telling you exactly what you should believe or how quickly you should get there. We want to walk the journey together—bringing our beliefs, questions, and doubts before Jesus and allowing His loving truth to shape us along the way.

Genuine Community

When life’s most challenging moments arise, we need real, genuine friendships who encourage us, want the best for us, and offer a helping hand. Every week at Narrative, we’re building that kind of community—where people show up for one another and walk through life together.

Making a Difference

As we encounter Jesus’ love, embrace an authentic faith, and build genuine relationships, those things spill out into our families, neighborhoods, and friends. Each of us wants to live a life of purpose, making a difference to those around us. We believe a life shaped by Jesus naturally becomes a life that makes a difference.

Our Services

Two musicians performing on stage; one playing a bass guitar and the other singing and playing an acoustic guitar, both wearing plaid shirts, with a dark background and stage lights.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair is standing in front of a group of people in a dark room with a stage. She appears to be praying or raising her hands in worship. The audience is seated, and there are musicians or speakers on stage.

Our services begin with worship. Most of what we sing is contemporary, but we also incorporate those rich, deep hymns as well.

After worship, someone from our ministry team shares a message from the Bible. Our goal is for the message to make an impact on your real everyday life whether its your first time in church or your 1000th. We often do series based on books of the Bible. Recently, we’ve done Philippians, 1 Kings, and John.

After the service, we hang out over donuts and coffee. This is our chance to see how one another is doing, encourage one another, and build relationships.

Our Beliefs

Open Bible resting on a wooden surface with a yellow bookmark ribbon.

Our greatest passion is that God has always been and will always be Love. He loves you passionately and without reservation.

Jesus showed us a life marked by love, kindness, mercy, and grace. And Jesus claimed to be fully united with God - His very representation on earth (Heb 1:3)!

Each week, we gather to worship this God who loves us and to grow in friendship with Him and with each other. As we do so, we find ourselves becoming more and more defined by that incredibly kind love, resulting in transformation for ourselves and our world.

We align with the historic church defined by the Nicene Creed.

We are part of the Assemblies of God, USA.
